I work with clients for a minimum of 3-months to achieve the greatest possible benefit.
The coaching package includes:

• Initial 2-hour momentum session to set goals for our 3-month session block. We will create a plan together to define where you want to be and how to bridge the gap to getting there.
• 3 Sessions per month, usually the first 3 weeks of the month. Sessions are generally 45-minutes to one hour in length.
• Unlimited email coaching support – You can ask me to review things, give
  feedback, provide support, encouragement, or to check in with you via email at regularly scheduled times or as needed
• Unlimited 10-minute laser coaching sessions via phone/skype. If you
  need extra coaching, support or accountability calls, this is available.
• Google notes document. This is a collaborative notes document which will contain all of the fieldwork, findings and insights from our work together, accessible 24×7.
