Kim developed this system from hundreds of hours of working with coaching clients to achieve balance and prosperity in their businesses and their lives, as well as 18 years working in project management, online marketing and business development in the corporate world.

The system is broken into 2 main components to address the INNER and OUTER game of your business, delivered over a 4-month period:

S: SOLIDIFY your vision for your business around what’s really important to you. Create a strong plan to call you forth into the next evolution of your work. We will address:

• What is most important to you in your business and life
• What do you most want to create and how do you want that to feel
• Find out what’s holding you back and how you can clear the way forward
• Closing the gap between where you are and where you want to be

O: ORGANIZE your business systems, processes, and support structures to enable you to run your business instead of it running you. We will address:

• How to design systems that work for you, so that you’re more productive and are able to have a life
• How to identify what support systems you need in order to free you up to do what you love
• How to organize your day-to-day business tasks so that you get real results
• Ways to create systems that are tailored to your specific strengths, even if you’re not a systems person (aka, you hate lists!)

A: ATTRACT and keep your ideal clients through building your online network and connecting to people authentically. We will address:

• Who are you meant to serve in the world with your unique offerings
• How to communicate your message through your marketing so that your ideal client can recognize you
• How to build a strong online network of ideal clients and connections that talk about you and refer you to other people
• Get more clients by converting your outer network into your inner circle

R: RECEIVE an abundance of revenue, clients, help from others, and time for yourself. We will address:

• How to give up what’s not working and do more of what does work for you
• How to be a fierce protector of your time and boundaries so that what you want has the space to come to you
• Proven techniques for leveraging your offerings so you keep the clients you have
• Expand your ability to delegate to others, and receive the help you need

Here are the SPECIFICS of how we will do this together:

• 90-minute group coaching calls approximately 2 per month

• Three private momentum sessions with Kim
  You will have 3 private one-on-one coaching sessions with Kim. We’ll explore in depth what’s holding you back, what’s working and what’s not working, and develop and implement strategies to get your business soaring.

• There is a convenient bridge line for you to call into. The group calls are 90 minutes each. These are highly interactive with everyone getting a chance to participate on the calls. You are going to be working through your real life challenges as you go, so you’ll be implementing new things and bringing your results to the call.

• There will be live coaching for people who want one-on-one attention around a particular challenge. In group coaching, everyone benefits from the sharing done on these calls. We will work together to create a unique, safe, confidential environment for you to open into.

• Exclusive and private Passionate Entrepreneur Online Community
  You’ll get have access to our password-protected online forum where you can interact with other participants, share information, download homework assignments and MP3 recordings of the calls. You can also submit your questions online for Kim to address on the live calls. The online forum is loaded with helpful business resources to improve your marketing, sales, stick strategies, client-getting strategies and business processes. You also get a golden rolodex of world-class consultants to help you with internet marketing, graphic design, website development, logo design, photography, videography and more!

• MP3 Playbacks for your Success Library
